Huge Win For NYCFC To Go Into The Break

New York. - After the past two MLS weekends, if there was a team that needed a win to go into the break it was NYCFC. The last two games saw disappointment for the gents in blue as they lost the lead in the second half not once but both games, turning a possible 6 points down to a measly single point. Against LA FC not only got that much needed win, but this time with a comeback win of their own, scoring a tiebreaker late while in fact being a man down.

Major Series Lacrosse Winds Down

TORONTO. - As you are reading this editorial, we are coming to the last games of the Major Series Lacrosse tournament - MSLClassic. A tournament that was put together in five days, that gave us starving lacrosse fans four live games per week for over a month. In these games we watched a lot of the future of the game mixed with the veterans, showing us that the game is in good hands for many years to come.

The Significance Of The Ontario Junior A Whirlwind season

TORONTO. - Let's begin this editorial by congratulating the St. Catharines Athletics for winning the 2021 OJLL Championship last weekend 14-13 over an equally deserving team in the Brampton Excelsiors. The entire tournament/season was run absolutely flawlessly from controlling who watched, to the concession stands, to having top notch competition, to having fantastic media/video coverage of all 44 games.

Junior "A" Lacrosse is finally starting up again

TORONTO. - For the first time since the Orangeville Northmen won the Minto Cup in the summer of 2019, the Ontario Junior A Lacrosse League (OJALL) is playing League games again this weekend. With the stringent lockdowns Ontarians have endured, this day seemed to be too far out of reach, but lo and behold, the government has allowed indoor games to take place under Covid-19 protocols.
